Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.

Will my items be sent in one package?

Product is as per description, however, the bristles of few brushes were not proper, for eg - Fan brush. Shipping took a long time - more than 2 months. Also, at the cost of sounding petty, I feel discriminated that most buyers received make up product samples as free gifts, and I did not. I know it is at the discretion of the store, but having read the reviews where most of them received free gifts, I am disheartened. Maybe India is not eligible for that.
